Limited Warranty – Ultra Tech Platinum Collection Sleeping System

Carico International warrants the Ultra Tech Platinum Collection Sleeping System—including the mattress inner core and covers—to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 21 years from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

• During the first year, Carico will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective part or component free of charge.

• For the remaining 20 years, warranty service will be provided on a prorated basis. The customer is responsible for a prorated portion of the current suggested retail price plus shipping and handling.

Prorated Charges:

• For the Sleeping System, the prorated customer cost is calculated as 1/20th of the current retail price multiplied by the number of years elapsed since purchase.

Important Notes:

• Body impressions up to 1.5 inches in depth are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty, as they indicate proper support and comfort.

• This warranty does not cover staining or soiling of the system.

• It does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, or use on an inadequate support foundation. The mattress must be used on a solid base, box spring, or platform.

• To maintain warranty coverage, Carico recommends that all covers be professionally laundered or dry-cleaned.

Other Damage:
If any part or component is damaged due to fire, flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, or alteration that affects performance, Carico will offer a replacement at 50% of the current suggested retail price, plus shipping to and from Carico International. Proof of loss must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the incident.
