  • When to Replace Your LivingWater Filters:

    • When the LCD display shows 10,000 liters

    • Annually, even if the display shows less than 10,000 liters

    • If the water has an unusual odor or the flow rate is noticeably reduced

     

    Each filter weighs approximately 16 ounces.

     

    Filter Replacement:
    Both the carbon filter and calcium filter should be replaced every 10,000 liters or once per year, whichever comes first.

     

    If your water contains high levels of heavy metals, it’s important to replace your KDF filter. We recommend replacing both the KDF filter and the calcium filter to ensure optimal performance and water quality.

     

    Cleaning:
    Use the Citric Acid Cleaning Kit to maintain your unit. You only need to purchase the full kit once—after that, you can simply reorder the citric acid refill bag.
